Thank you for supporting The Dream Beauty Lab. Each wig is hand made with love. Please read details under each wig carefully as some of our wigs take longer to process than others. We use that time frame to ensure no wig is rushed and perfectly ready for you to slay. Any questions or concerns email us at dreambeautyslab@gmail.com. Also follow our page as we often post updates.

Processing time

Custom unit are made once orders are placed. These units take up to 21 days to process and are made in order of purchase. This 21 day processing does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping

Shipping is typically 3-5 day. This does not include processing time.

Returns and exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any used item under any circumstance. Used hair is hair that has been altered in any way. All wig sales are final. We do not offer store credit.
